The recently renewed 3 star Hotel Locanda Herion is located in an ancient 18th century building.
The Locanda Herion is situated in a typical area of Venice at the beginning of the historical centre of the city: only few minutes are necessary to reach "Piazzale Roma" or the Railway station of "Saint Lucia" thanks to the central "Strada Nuova" and thanks to the bridge of the "Guglie” or “De Cannaregio".
The greatest attractions close to the Hotel are: the Casinò Municipale of Venice, the church of Saint Maria dell’Orto with splendid frescoes by Tintoretto, the Ghetto and the most interesting sights of Venice are located only few minutes walking from the hotel. We have maintained a number of features as witness of the magnificence and the beauty of the architectural period. The characteristic feature of this hotel is the game of interlinked terraces, transformed into miniature hanging gardens. These terraces overlook the internal courtyard of the house. The effect is an enchanting oasis of color to enjoy moments of relaxation.
