Credit card details are requested only to guarantee and hold the reservation. No charges are made to the customer’s credit card. The total amount of the stay will be paid at the hotel using the same credit card or any other payment method accepted by the property.
We utilize a cryptographic system (SSL) during the booking request for security reasons.
Cancellations to reservations can be made without penalty by observing the Cancellation Policies which are in the rates web-page of each single hotel described in the nyceVenice.com website, and that are indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent to the customer.
Once the reservation is confirmed, any cancellation request must be made through nyceVenice.com's easy-to-use online forms. Links to these forms will always be clearly marked in the e-mailed confirmation. Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if done by using this method.

nyceWorld Srl is not part of the contract between the customer and the accommodation provider.
